Why This Blog

This is Yvette.  She's ten years older than me.  We do everything 10 years apart.  We were born 10 years apart, got married 10 years apart, and had our first babies...you guessed it....ten years apart.  I learn from her mistakes.  That's why I was born in April instead of January, got married in August instead of February, and had my first baby in October instead of December. 

I have a sister, well I have 4 of them, but I have one in particular that is always telling me I should write a book.  I think she's crazy, and frankly the thought of writing a book stumps me.  Where do you start?   What do you write about?  However, I love to write and do creative things, so I thought "a blog".  I can do a blog.  So this is my compromise with my sister.  It's not a book but at least I'm writing.  I'm going to try and post on this daily, except for the weekends.  It will be about my thoughts, my life, and my projects.  This blog is dedicated to Yvette because she told me too, and I always do what I'm told! :)
