You Need To Get Rid Of Those

Yesterday, I didn't shower.  Gross, I know.  But when you're home with a sick kid you have other, more important priorities, like; snuggling, rocking, playing, kissing, and begging them to eat or drink anything.  So this morning Princess was in my bed with me and I was stretching.  My arms were up over my head and this is the conversation that followed:

Princess:  What is that?

Me:  What is what?

Princess:  That!

Me:  What?

Princess:  That! (pointing at my armpits)

Me:  Oh, that?  That's hair.  Mommy didn't shave yesterday. (or take a shower for that matter)

Princess:  Hmmm.....you need to get rid of those.

Thanks Princess.  You're absolutely right.  I do need to get rid of those!

I cried from laughing so hard.

Times like these make the hard times totally worth it.  Ya know what I mean?
